Delaware State Police are currently investigating an armed robbery that occurred Monday afternoon at a Hardee’s restaurant in Laurel. Around 3 p.m., an unidentified man entered the drive-thru, displayed a firearm, and demanded cash from an employee, who complied and was unharmed during the incident.
The suspect fled the scene in a dark-colored Honda passenger car with noticeable damage to the driver’s side, bearing Maryland registration 6DA1892. Authorities are urging anyone with information about the incident or the suspect to contact Detective K. Perry at 302-752-3793.
