Ansonia police arrested 37-year-old Geoffrey Feliciano after he left a duffel bag in the common area of an apartment building, containing seven firearms—one of which was reported stolen in 2003—and various illegal drugs. The bag was discovered on May 22, 2024, leading to an investigation that identified Feliciano through surveillance footage and DNA evidence.
Authorities revealed that the bag included cocaine, marijuana, fentanyl, and methamphetamine, among other substances. Feliciano now faces numerous serious charges, such as possession with intent to sell and reckless endangerment, and has been released on a $100,000 bond with a court appearance scheduled for April 9 at the Derby Superior Court.
