An arrest warrant reveals that Geoffrey Feliciano, a 37-year-old Ansonia resident, faces 21 charges stemming from an investigation involving a duffel bag containing drugs and firearms. Police arrested Feliciano on March 18 after DNA evidence and surveillance footage tied him to the bag, which was discovered in the stairwell of his apartment building.
Inside the duffel bag, authorities found seven handguns, cocaine, and over 150 pills, including methamphetamine and fentanyl. Notably, one of the handguns had been reported stolen in 2003, while another was identified as a ghost gun lacking a serial number. Feliciano’s next court appearance is scheduled for April 9, as he faces serious charges including possession of firearms without serialization and drug trafficking, further complicated by the presence of children in the building.
