Bellevue Police are investigating the strong-arm robbery of a 68-year-old woman who was attacked near Factoria Mall on Sunday morning. The victim reported that two men approached her under the pretense of asking for directions, only to turn violent when she refused a payment, ultimately shoving her to the ground and stealing her necklace.
Authorities currently lack detailed suspect descriptions and are appealing to the community for assistance. Police spokesman Drew Anderson stresses that any information—regarding the suspects’ appearance or clothing—could be vital in apprehending those responsible. The Bellevue PD encourages anyone with tips to contact them or reach out anonymously via Crimestoppers.
