The suspect, described as an African American man between 23 and 25 years old, has committed multiple offenses, including a violent incident on March 25 where a woman was assaulted and robbed just moments after returning home.
The crimes typically occur late at night, often involving the suspect, who is armed with a knife and may use a bicycle to flee the scene. Police are urging residents to remain alert and report any suspicious activity. The community is encouraged to call 911 immediately if they witness a crime and to assist in sharing information with authorities to help apprehend the suspect.
