Crowley Police Investigate Holiday Weekend Shootings

Crowley police are investigating a series of shootings that occurred over the holiday weekend, resulting in one male victim suffering a non-fatal gunshot wound. The incidents, which are being treated as targeted attacks, took place both within the city limits and in surrounding areas, with two homes struck by stray rounds on Friday evening.

In a continued wave of violence, a shooting early Saturday morning left another male victim injured, this time in the leg, while a subsequent incident that evening involved a vehicle being damaged by gunfire. Police believe these attacks may be gang-related or linked to previous incidents, and they are currently seeking information from the public to assist in their investigation.
