In a significant crackdown on crime, Hillsborough County deputies arrest 12 individuals, seizing over 190 grams of illegal drugs and five firearms in just 24 hours. The proactive operation, led by the Interdiction Criminal Apprehension Team (ICAT), also uncovered more than $5,800 in drug money, highlighting the ongoing efforts of law enforcement to combat criminal activity in the area.
Among those arrested, Detrick Lovett, 34, was found in possession of a firearm and synthetic cannabinoids, while Keyron Johnson, 38, faced multiple felony charges related to cocaine possession.
