Firearms safety classes are set to begin on July 16 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Albert Lea Moose Lodge, providing crucial education for responsible gun ownership. Offering sessions on subsequent dates—including July 23, July 30, and August 6 and 13—these classes welcome participants aged 12 and older, making it an excellent opportunity for families to engage in safe practices together.

Registration requires a parent or guardian, along with a copy of the participant’s birth certificate, emphasizing the commitment to responsible training for younger individuals. Attendees will also have the chance to practice at a range on August 16, highlighting the program’s hands-on approach to firearms safety.
