Authorities in St. Lucie County have arrested four men following a vehicle chase that occurred on April 23. The pursuit began when sheriff’s investigators attempted to stop a Kia Forte in the county’s northern area, though the reason for the stop has not been disclosed. The suspects, aged 18 to 24, led police through the Sunland Gardens neighborhood before attempting to flee on foot. One suspect was apprehended with the aid of a Taser, while the others were captured without incident.
During the arrest, investigators recovered two Glock handguns, one of which was reported stolen from Vero Beach. Among those detained were Aaron Williams and Stefon Henry, who face multiple charges related to firearm possession, including for gang-related felonies. As the investigation continues, details surrounding their motives and potential connections to ongoing criminal activity remain unresolved, raising questions about safety in the area.
