A federal grand jury has indicted four residents of Oxnard for their suspected involvement in a series of armed robberies that took place this year. The group, consisting of Erasmo Jose Corral (19), Wendy Xitlali Gutierrez (21), Sylvia Martinez (51), and Ramon Olvera (29), allegedly wielded a firearm during heists at a Home Depot and a Walmart, both occurring in January.

If convicted, each defendant faces up to 20 years for Hobbs Act robbery, with Corral potentially receiving additional sentences for firearm and drug charges, raising the stakes significantly as they prepare for trial.
