Ladarius Callahan, a 26-year-old from Gulfport, is sentenced to 87 months in federal prison for his involvement in two armed robberies that occurred in Long Beach in 2022. Callahan pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit armed robbery and armed robbery for his roles in the May theft of a Dollar General and the subsequent armed robbery of a Texaco station in November.
Alongside Callahan, two accomplices, Christopher Collins and Gabriel Johnson, are also implicated. Collins has already been sentenced to 42 months for his part in the Texaco robbery, while Johnson awaits sentencing after pleading guilty to a related charge. This case highlights ongoing efforts by law enforcement, including the FBI and local police, to address violent crime in the area.
