The city of Harrisburg has installed a poignant memorial featuring approximately 50 T-shirts, each one representing a victim of gun violence, in a bid to honor the lives lost and advocate for change. Organized by Heeding God’s Call to End Gun Violence, this installation serves as a critical reminder to the community and lawmakers about the urgent need for legislative action aimed at curbing gun violence.

Ann Van Dyke, a representative of the local chapter, emphasizes the importance of the memorial both for grieving families and as a call to legislators for comprehensive reform. The memorial will remain displayed until May 27, 2025, with plans for further installations planned in the future.
