A 37-year-old man is charged with attempted criminal homicide after allegedly attempting to shoot a facility worker in Old Hickory, Tennessee. According to the police report, Justin Miller approached the worker, demanding his gun before a physical struggle broke out, during which Miller took control of the firearm.
