Authorities are investigating a shooting in Dorchester where a man was shot multiple times early Thursday morning. The victim was transported to a local hospital with injuries that, according to police, are not life-threatening.
Police were alerted to the incident around 1:30 a.m. after a ShotSpotter activation in the area of Wildwood Street. As of now, no arrests have been made, prompting concerns and calls for community vigilance regarding street safety.
