NJ Basketball Player Arrested for Gun and Drugs in Vehicle

Authorities in Teaneck, New Jersey, arrest two 18-year-olds, including a college basketball player, after a routine traffic stop uncovers a stolen gun and illegal drugs in their vehicle. The driver, identified as Ross Daniels-Lynn, had a firearm loaded with hollow-point bullets, while his passenger, Serenity Griffith, faces several charges as the car owner.

The vehicle search revealed additional contraband, including another loaded handgun, suspected marijuana, and MDMA, also known as ecstasy. Both teens are charged with multiple offenses, including unlawful possession of a handgun and drug distribution near a school, and are currently held in Bergen County Jail awaiting court proceedings.
