A routine traffic stop in Oroville leads to the arrest of an intoxicated driver who was found with a ghost gun and a substantial drug cache. On April 16, California Highway Patrol officers stopped a speeding vehicle and discovered that the driver not only had a suspended license but was also on probation for a previous DUI offense.
Upon further investigation, officers uncovered two loaded firearms, including a polymer ghost gun identified as untraceable, along with a range of illicit substances such as methamphetamine, cocaine, and fentanyl. In addition to the firearms and drugs, law enforcement found digital scales and packaging materials typical of drug trafficking operations, highlighting the seriousness of the situation.
