This year, Pennsylvania residents are guaranteed an antlerless deer license if purchased by July 14, greatly enhancing opportunities for local hunters. Residents who purchase individually will receive immediate digital licenses, whereas in-store buyers will get their licenses and tags right away. This change aims to empower resident hunters and streamline their experience, according to Game Commission Executive Director Steve Smith. With general hunting licenses priced at $20.97 for adults, this initiative invites increased participation in Pennsylvania’s hunting traditions.
