A 45-year-old man, Roland Evans, has been arrested by Boynton Beach Police for allegedly robbing an 84-year-old woman of her purse, leaving her vulnerable and crying for help in the rain. The incident occurred on March 5, and police later tracked the victim’s stolen credit cards to Evans, who has a documented history of previous robberies targeting elderly victims.
