In a significant crackdown on drug trafficking, six individuals in Las Vegas have been indicted for their roles in a methamphetamine distribution network and illegal firearms sales. The U.S. Attorney for the District of Nevada announced the indictment, which details 13 counts stemming from a yearlong investigation involving multiple federal and local law enforcement agencies. Among those indicted are Alex Gonzalez and Aaron Wolski, who face conspiracy charges related to distributing over 50 grams of meth from June 2024 to June 2025, along with additional allegations involving unlicensed firearms sales.
The defendants, who include five men and one woman, face hefty penalties that could result in life imprisonment if convicted. The trial is scheduled for August 11, 2025, in front of U.S. District Judge Gloria M. Navarro. Notably, both Wolski and Shane Kunkle are specifically charged for their unlawful firearms activities, with Kunkle additionally contending with a charge for possessing firearms despite previous felony convictions.
