Seattle police have arrested three teenage boys in connection with an armed robbery at a North Seattle convenience store, where one of the suspects stole boxes of condoms while another brandished a loaded shotgun. The police quickly responded to a distress call from the store manager and located the suspects’ getaway vehicle after implementing a successful PIT maneuver, leading to their capture.
In addition to the boys, three underage girls were temporarily detained but later released. The male suspects now face charges for robbery and possession of a stolen firearm as they await their hearings at the Judge Patricia H. Clark Children & Family Justice Center. As detectives from the Robbery Unit continue their investigation, the incident highlights ongoing concerns about youth involvement in crime in the area.
