Three individuals have been arrested in connection with a bank robbery that occurred at BayVanguard Bank in Easton, Maryland, on June 2. The robbery was executed by a man who demanded money from a teller while brandishing a firearm, fleeing the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash. Following an extensive investigation involving the FBI, police uncovered surveillance footage linking the alleged robber to a vehicle reportedly used in the crime.
Through their investigation, authorities identified Makhyla Jenkins, 21, Jeremiah Carter, 20, and Deondre Williams, 31, as participants in the robbery scheme. Both Jenkins and Williams face multiple serious charges, including armed robbery and conspiracy, while Carter’s involvement was established through evidence collected at a residence connected to them. All three suspects are now in custody, prompting discussions regarding the effectiveness of collaborative law enforcement efforts in solving such crimes.
