Florence County authorities have apprehended two suspects in connection with an armed robbery that occurred at the Baymont Inn on Lucas Street. Xavier Malik Blow, 38, and Keith Lavontai Cooper, 29, face multiple charges, including armed robbery and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
Deputies responded to the incident around 8 p.m. and learned that the suspects entered a hotel room, displayed a firearm, and demanded money from the victim. Both men are currently detained at the Florence County Detention Center without bond as the investigation continues.
