A 19-year-old man, Isaiah Ferquan Hill, is arrested in Virginia Beach after allegedly brandishing a firearm and firing a shot during a police chase over the weekend. Authorities report that he was found in possession of a handgun equipped with an illegal auto sear, commonly known as a Glock switch, which allows semi-automatic weapons to fire automatically.
This incident raises significant concerns about illegal firearms in the area, as the Glock switch can convert a standard handgun into a machine gun, posing severe risks to public safety. Hill faces multiple charges, including possession of an auto sear and reckless handling of a firearm, in addition to having outstanding warrants from Newport News.
