5 Arrested After Police Chase in Montgomery County

Montgomery County police apprehend five individuals, including three teenagers, after a brief chase that led to the discovery of three firearms, one of which is a ghost gun. The incident began when officers noticed a stolen Hyundai Elantra, prompting the driver to flee, ultimately crashing and allowing all occupants to escape on foot.

Among those arrested are two adults, identified as 18-year-old Nyveek Ross and 19-year-old Kamonte Frazier, along with three teens aged 13 and 16. A loaded stolen firearm was recovered from the group, raising concerns about gun violence among youths in the community. The investigation remains active as local law enforcement assesses the broader implications for public safety.
