The conviction stems from evidence that Temple distributed fentanyl on two separate occasions, leading to a search warrant executed by the Shelby County Drug Enforcement Task Force at his residence.
During the search, investigators recovered multiple firearms, ammunition, and various drugs along with drug paraphernalia. Authorities emphasize that the combination of drug trafficking and illegal firearm possession contributes significantly to the challenges facing communities today.
