Elkhart Teen Sentenced for Armed Robbery

Isaac Duckworth, a 19-year-old from Elkhart, is sentenced to 20 years for his role in an armed robbery that took place in September. Duckworth pleaded guilty to two counts of armed robbery related to the incident at an apartment complex on Middlebury Street.

In addition to his robbery sentence, Duckworth is also dealing with a pending rape charge from 2022, stemming from an alleged incident that occurred when he was 15. As he serves his sentence at the Elkhart County Jail, he awaits his court date regarding the rape case, which has yet to be scheduled.
