Sonoma County Sheriff’s deputies have apprehended four individuals, including three juveniles, in connection with an armed robbery that occurred early Monday morning in Sonoma Valley. The incident unfolded when a locksmith, called to unlock a vehicle on Beatrice Drive, was threatened at gunpoint by one of the suspects demanding his programming device.
Deputies quickly responded to the call and were able to locate the getaway vehicle in the Bennett Valley area, leading to the safe apprehension of all suspects without incident. The adult suspect, identified as 19-year-old Jayson Cohen of Sebastopol, is currently in custody with a bail set at $105,000, while the charges include robbery and possession of a replica firearm.
