Maryland Health Department Launches Gun Violence Grants

Homicides in Baltimore City have decreased by 41% since 2021, but community leaders remain concerned after a double shooting in Howard County and the death of a 16-year-old student in Baltimore County. The grants reflect Maryland’s ongoing commitment to innovate solutions in the face of these challenges.
