Three teenagers from the Meadville area, Nicholas Roseberry (18), Joseph Weigle (18), and Terry Frye III (19), are charged with armed robbery and assault following a dangerous home invasion early Wednesday morning. Police report that the suspects brandished rifles and a shotgun as they confronted the victim inside his residence in the 500 block of Willow Street, where they forcibly took the victim’s firearm and committed an assault before fleeing the scene.

Officers arrived shortly after the incident but were unable to detain Roseberry immediately, who fled but was captured two hours later. This alarming incident comes amid reports of a prior history between Roseberry and the victim, raising questions about youth violence and criminal behavior in the community. All three suspects are held on $200,000 bail, facing severe felony charges that could lead to lengthy prison sentences.
