Peel police have charged three men, two from Brampton and one from Mississauga, with a total of four gun-related offenses following a traffic stop on June 7. Officers found a loaded 9 mm handgun in the vehicle, which was pulled over in the area of Stokes Road and Vivians Crescent, leading to the arrests of all three individuals inside.
The accused, aged 32 and 33 from Brampton and 32 from Mississauga, now face serious charges, including possession of a firearm contrary to an order. This incident adds to ongoing concerns about gun violence in the region, raising questions about community safety and crime prevention strategies.
