Teen Arrested in West McMicken Avenue Shooting Death

Cincinnati police have arrested a 17-year-old boy in connection with the fatal shooting of 50-year-old Allen Scott, which occurred on February 6 at West McMicken Avenue. According to officials, Scott was shot during the day near a play area, and despite first responders’ attempts to revive him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
