Authorities charged two individuals after a multi-agency search of a residence in Edward, North Carolina, revealed substantial quantities of illegal drugs and firearms. During the operation on February 24, officers found 34 grams of fentanyl, 28 grams of cocaine, and several stolen items linked to recent break-ins, leading to charges against Jamale Antwon Stilley and Rhonda Marie Jones.
Stilley faces serious allegations, including trafficking opium and cocaine and possessing a firearm despite being a felon. Meanwhile, Jones has been charged with felony possession of fentanyl and maintaining a dwelling for selling controlled substances. Both individuals also face charges related to obtaining property under false pretenses and possession of stolen goods. The connection to a broader theft investigation makes this case particularly noteworthy.
