As the victim attempted to leave on his motorcycle, he found it wouldn’t start, leading to further provocation from the alleged shooter. Police later apprehended the suspects still wearing the same clothes from the incident, and high-quality surveillance footage of the altercation has been recovered as detectives continue their investigation.
