Three teenagers are charged with multiple felonies in connection with an armed assault at a Willow Street apartment early Wednesday morning. The suspects, aged 18 and 19, allegedly entered the residence with shotguns and AR-15-style rifles, assaulting the occupant and stealing his hunting rifle before fleeing the scene.
Nicholas Robert Roseberry, Joseph Alan Weigle, and Terry Lee Frye III now face serious charges, including burglary, robbery, and multiple counts of simple assault. Following a police response just minutes after the incident, two of the suspects were apprehended at the scene, while the third was caught soon after in the apartment complex. A preliminary hearing is set for March 5, revealing more details about the alarming situation in the community.
