Bloomington Police Hunt for Armed Robbery Suspect

Bloomington Police are actively seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an armed robbery that occurred on February 16. The suspect threatened a woman with a firearm while she was in her vehicle in a business parking lot located near 98th St and Nicollet Ave S, before forcibly removing her from the car and fleeing with her purse.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his late 20s, approximately 5’6” to 5’9” tall, wearing a black hoodie and dark pants. Notably, he had long hair styled in a bun with shaved sides and was seen with diamond stud earrings. Police emphasize the community’s role in the investigation, urging anyone with information to contact Detective Hendrycks at 952-563-8820.
