Two Charged in Dollar General Armed Robbery in Indiana

Two individuals, 27-year-old Robert Harden and 40-year-old Samantha Brewer, are charged in connection with an armed robbery that occurred at a Dollar General in Aurora, Indiana, on February 14. The incident unfolded when Harden allegedly brandished a knife and demanded cash from the register, after which he fled the scene with stolen money.

Law enforcement was able to track down the suspects using security footage from a nearby homeowner, which captured their vehicle moments before the robbery. Investigators later discovered that the vehicle had been taken without consent from a local motel, where Harden had been staying prior to the crime. Both Harden and Brewer now face multiple charges, including armed robbery and conspiracy to commit auto theft.
