Authorities recover two handguns and more than 1,000 rounds of ammunition from the home of Kendall Todd, a Fort Pierce man accused of making written threats against President Donald Trump. The St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office acted upon a search warrant after Todd, 42, was charged with threats made via social media and is currently held on a $500,000 bond.
Todd’s case is exacerbated by his troubling history, including previous reports of erratic behavior and possible mental health issues that prompted a risk protection order. Sheriff Richard Del Toro emphasized the seriousness of the situation, noting the quick response was crucial for public safety, especially given the context of Todd’s aggressive actions during prior interactions with law enforcement.
