A Naperville couple, Max Bosco, 26, and Emily Frasca, 24, remain in custody after being charged with armed robbery following a failed attempt at a bank ATM and a successful heist at a convenience store. The pair allegedly threatened a woman with a knife at a Bank of America on March 20 and later stole $479 from an Easy Stop Pantry in Lisle, where they were captured about 20 minutes later. Authorities discovered stolen cash hidden in Frasca’s bra upon her arrest.
During a recent court appearance, a judge denied their pretrial release, emphasizing the seriousness of the charges against them, which include Class X and Class 1 felonies. DuPage County officials and law enforcement described the swift capture of the suspects as a testament to their commitment to community safety, underscoring their zero-tolerance policy for violent crime. The next court dates for Bosco and Frasca are set for April 14 and April 21, respectively.
