MN teen shot dead in vape pen robbery; four arrested

Diamond Eddie Manly, an 18-year-old high school senior, was fatally shot on March 2 during a robbery involving his vape pens, according to Minnesota authorities. Found “slumped over” in his car, Manly succumbed to his injuries at the scene in Ramsey, as four teenage suspects now face murder charges for the tragic incident.

Investigators reveal that the suspects, aged 15 to 17, had planned the robbery, which turned deadly when Manly pleaded for assistance while they went through his pockets. His mother, Leona Yogei Manly, expressed the depth of her loss, calling her son the “sweetest baby” who aimed to bring joy to others.
