Four Shot in Philadelphia During Violent Weekend Start

This weekend, Philadelphia witnessed a violent outburst as four separate shootings occurred across the city, resulting in three individuals hospitalized. The most alarming incident took place around 10 p.m. Friday, when a man was found with a gunshot wound to the chest inside a vehicle; he is currently in critical condition. A 58-year-old woman was arrested at the scene, with charges pending as police continue their investigation.

In another incident, a woman was shot in the head after being followed from King of Prussia, while a man walking with a friend was shot multiple times before being taken to the hospital. Additionally, a 16-year-old was struck by gunfire later Saturday evening, although he is in stable condition. Authorities are actively seeking information and encourage anyone with details to contact the Philadelphia Police Department’s tipline.
