Police are actively searching for a suspect following an armed robbery at a gas station located in the 3300 block of Fairlight Drive on April 13, 2025, around 8:30 p.m. A lone assailant entered the store, brandishing a firearm and demanding cash from an employee. During the confrontation, a physical struggle ensued when the employee attempted to restrain the robber.
The suspect fled the scene, inadvertently leaving behind his sweater, bag, and what turned out to be an imitation firearm. In a twist, the suspect returned shortly thereafter to retrieve his belongings but was once again confronted by the employee, prompting another escape. As of now, police do not have a description of the suspect, and the investigation is ongoing.
