The Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office and Horry County Police Department are asking the public for assistance in identifying two men connected to an armed robbery that took place on Sunnyside Avenue in Murrells Inlet. The incident occurred Sunday evening, during which three armed suspects allegedly stole money, cell phones, and a safe from the victims.
Law enforcement has released surveillance images from a nearby convenience store showing the suspects and their getaway vehicle, a red Jeep Cherokee. This information could be crucial in solving the case, as one robber was reportedly armed with a rifle while another carried a pistol. Authorities urge anyone with information to come forward to aid in the investigation.
