Miami Man Arrested for Gun Threat Over Littering Dispute

A Miami man with an extensive violent criminal history is arrested after allegedly threatening a 65-year-old man with a gun over a littering incident. The confrontation escalates when Wesley Cleveland Williams, 37, accuses the victim of littering, which culminates in Williams returning with a firearm and making explicit threats, “I’ll shoot you; I’ll shoot you right now.”

The incident unfolds in broad daylight, capturing the attention of local police when the victim flags down an officer shortly after the altercation. Video footage from a nearby business corroborates the victim’s claims, showing Williams with a silver gun as he walks down the street. With a criminal record that includes four felony convictions, Williams now faces several serious charges, including aggravated assault with a firearm and illegal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
