A 22-year-old man in Midland has been arrested for deadly conduct after allegedly firing three shots into the air outside Fair to Midland bar. This incident unfolded shortly after 11:30 PM on April 17, following a disturbance inside the establishment, when the suspect, identified as Jason Saenz, declared he was retrieving a firearm from his vehicle.
Midland Police responded to reports of an active shooter, eventually finding that no one was injured. Saenz also faces a public intoxication charge and is being held at the Midland County Detention Center on a $75,000 bond.
