Authorities in Tulsa have arrested two teenagers, ages 18 and 15, following an attempted armed robbery that occurred on Saturday night near 21st Street and Garnett Road. The victim reported that the suspects approached her, accused her of speaking English, and demanded her belongings while claiming they had a gun.
