Authorities identified Miguel Huertas, 19, as the suspect who discharged a firearm during the earlier event. Upon learning of his active warrant, detectives located Huertas in the rear passenger seat of a vehicle and safely detained him and four others. The recovery of the illegal weapons, which no one in the vehicle was licensed to carry, raises concerns about gun violence in the area and the implications for public safety.
