Maryland State Police have arrested two men following a monthslong investigation into a drug-trafficking operation spanning both Maryland and Pennsylvania. Alishawaine Monk, 34, and Ronald Dugger, 45, face multiple charges, including drug offenses associated with the seizure of 10 firearms, including a stolen Bushmaster AR-15 rifle.
Authorities executed search warrants on April 17, leading to the recovery of 810 grams of cocaine and 307 grams of crystal methamphetamine, alongside drug-packaging materials. This extensive investigation, which continues to uncover the network behind the trafficking activities, highlights connections to locations in Cecil County and southern Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
