A 23-year-old Philadelphia resident, Azzubayr Ibn Abdul Josey, has been indicted on serious charges including two counts of armed carjacking and two counts of firearm-related offenses. The indictment stems from a string of violent incidents in November 2024, where authorities allege Josey used a weapon to carjack vehicles and rob local businesses, specifically a Family Dollar and a CVS store.
