Two students from Liverpool High School are arrested following their alleged involvement in an armed robbery that took place over the weekend. On May 5, it was reported that a 17-year-old male initiated a meeting with a 16-year-old to purchase a handgun, during which he brandished a firearm and stole two handguns from the younger student.
Law enforcement officials from the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at the 17-year-old’s home in Syracuse, recovering both stolen firearms, including a semi-automatic ghost gun. Authorities have charged the 17-year-old with multiple felonies, including Robbery in the 1st Degree, while the 16-year-old faces several related charges as well.
