At 40 years old, Ballard faces multiple charges, including misdemeanor threats and domestic violence, highlighted by an altercation that escalated to him pointing a gun during a heated argument.
The violent episode unfolded late at night, with six minors present in the home. According to police reports, the confrontation began after Ballard spat at a family member, leading to escalating tensions and his subsequent threats with a firearm. The Springdale Police Department has placed Ballard on administrative leave while the investigation is ongoing. Charges are currently allegations, and all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
